Weekend Camping in Petra

We will pick you up in Amman in the afternoon and drive to Petra, where we will camp in a Bedouin tent in Little Petra for the night.

A full-day visit to Petra. We'll walk from the campsite into Petra through a scenic back path passing the Monastery. Thereafter we explore the breathtaking ancient city centre of Petra. In the evening we go to a campsite near the Snake Monument to camp with a Bedouin family and enjoy their traditional  stories and songs around a campfire.

Another full day in Petra. After breakfast, we walk down again through the site to explore the rest of the ancient city center and the Treasury, then walk out through the Siq to the Visitors’ Centre, whence we will drive back to Amman.
