Terms & Conditions
RATES:
Rates are quoted in U.S.
Dollars net non-commissionable and guaranteed.
AIR Fares:
Excluded.
TIPS:
Excluded.
FLIGHT BOOKINGS:
We will follow up on your
domestic flight bookings if any difficulty arises.
PACKAGES:
Please mark the package of
your choice. If you wish to change the tour in any way,
please let us know. We can make any adjustments in order
to meet your requirements.
CONFIRMATION:
1 month prior to arrival -
we need re-confirmation.
Wander Trace Tours requests
to have the following information when reservation is
requested:
Name of group /
individuals.
Number of guests, number of
hotel rooms, specify of rooms and features (i.e. smoking
or non-smoking, handicapped, suite, twin, double
rooms
..etc.).
Meal plan.
Arrival and departure time.
Special requests such as
VIP.
CANCELLATIONS:
30 days prior to arrival:
25% of total bill will be charged.
14 days prior to arrival:
50% of total bill will be charged.
No show: 75% of total bill
will be charged.
No refund will be made for
any accommodation, transportation, sight seeing, meals
or service not utilized by any person after the tour has
begun.
AMENDMENTS:
07 days or less prior to
arrival: 25% of the hotel room price will be charged.
CHILD POLICY:
Children under 2 years old:
Free.
Children under 12: 50%
discount when sharing parents room (no extra bed).
Children under 12: 25%
discount when in separate room OR in extra bed in
parents room.
PAYMENT POLICY:
25% of total payment with
confirmation of booking.
50% of total payment 1
month prior to arrival.
Balance of payment on
arrival.
INSURANCE:
Excluded. Wander Trace Tours
advises all their clients to insure themselves and their
belongings.
PASSPORTS & VISAS:
All travellers must carry a
valid passport and appropriate visas.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Wander Trace Tours acts as
direct or indirect agent for the clients of any tour,
and/or the travel agent who organises the tour, and the
airlines, hotels and restaurants, bus companies, and
other contractors and shall not be held liable for any
injury, damage, loss, delay, irregularity or additional
expenses that may be incurred.
All participants on these
tours are bound by the general conditions, rules and
regulations as fixed by the contractors. Any injury,
damage, loss, delay, irregularity or additional expenses
incurred beyond the control of Wander Trace Tours , or
not under its direct control, will be borne by the
participants and be their sole responsibility.
Wander Trace Tours reserves
the right to change the itinerary, or part of it, to
postpone it, to alter hours of departure and/or dates
according to changing orders of the local authorities,
and natural or Man-made disasters.
Wander Trace Tours reserves
the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. In such
a case, full refund of all payments will constitute full
settlement to the client.
Wander Trace Tours reserves
the right to adjust the contracted rates in case the
government increases / decreases the percentage of taxes
collected as per Jordanian law without prior notice.
Wander Trace Tours ,
reserves the right at any time by giving notice in
writing to cancel this agreement, should the company
fail to fulfill the terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances are
the contracted rates to publish on the internet or any
other way of advertisement without the specific
permission of Wander Trace Tours . |
